Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your sustainable staples, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately after the request is submitted.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
